Q: After I've set up my monthly donation, how do I change it?
A: For monthly donors who give online, you can use our Donor Portal to:
- Change the donation amount
- Change the date your donation is charged
- Skip a month or cancel
- Update your payment method
- Update your personal information
- Download donation receipts
If you donated by phone or mail instead, just give us a call at (215) 893-9000 and we can help manage any changes to your monthly gift.
Q: Will I receive verification of my donations for tax purposes?
A: Yes. In addition to an email receipt sent each month when your donation is processed, you'll also receive an annual statement in January reflecting the prior year's total contributions.
Q: Can I donate by mail or phone instead?
A: Yes. Give us a call at (215) 893-9000 during our normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST) and we'd be happy to assist. To mail your gift, please print this PDF form and mail to: 1709 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
