Problem
Globally, women earn on average 68% of what men are paid for the same work. The gender pay gap occurs worldwide and in nearly all industries and professions, regardless of objective factors.
Solution
Economic policy reform can improve access to education and employment opportunities for women, and can curtail businesses' discriminatory compensation and advancement practices that unfairly privilege men.
You Can Help
Sign our petition urging world leaders to support women by considering gender pay equality in creating new economic policies and introducing stronger incentives for employers to follow the law.
