  • I (the Presenter) have reviewed the terms of Media Consent and I hereby grant Soroptimist International of the Americas Inc. and all affiliated and associated entities and organizations (collectively "SIA") permission to reproduce, display, communicate, distribute, publish, circulate, make derivative works, or otherwise use:

  • The information above (the Works) may be used in any media format, in whole or in part, for publicity purposes, fundraising appeals, advertisements and otherwise in connection with the mission of SIA. Media formats include but are not limited to various print, digital, video, and social media outlets. All such Works shall be the property of SIA which shall own all right, title and interest. The Presenter also understands that any use, including the broadcast and publication, of the Works is within the sole discretion of SIA and that they may not be used at all. I hereby waive all rights of publicity and privacy in the Works and any right or option to inspect or approve the finished product or advertising or other copy that may be used along with the Works.
